Track stock, manage withdrawals and returns,

and keep an overview of who has what.

Register an account and wait for admin approval.

The admin grants you permissions per category:

view browse inventory

take withdraw items

store deposit items

create add new items

edit edit item details

Open an item and click Take.

Select quantity, reason, and optionally a return deadline.

Items with a deadline appear in your My Loans list.

If not returned in time, the admin is notified.

Go to My Loans and use the Return button,

or open the item directly and click Store.

Reserve items for a future time window.

Reserved stock is excluded from available quantity.
